The search for Lewisham’s Young Mayor 2009 got off to a flying start today at the newly rebuilt Catford High. ”Making A Difference” was the theme for this year’s launch and by the level of interest shown today, I suspect that whoever is elected will do just that!

Catford Bridge station has won a prestigious safety award.
I joined Bridget Prentice MP and Rushey Green councillors Peggy Fitzsimmons, Helen Klier and John Muldoon for the presentation of the Secure Station Award to Catford Bridge station staff.
